A GIRL THAT I HAD TO MEET

A girl that I had to meet,
It was a blind jump but I was still on my feet,

It's an interesting story, with all my tripping,
Without much ado I must begin.

It had been only two days that we started chatting,
Like a steady current we kept on texting,
It was real quick that we decided on meeting,
That 'sketch' app, I really feel I owe you something.

I woke up late, it was just a normal day,
The sun rose normally with it's widespread ray,
I met you, but for the moment nothing much I could say,

It felt like
It's peaceful,
It's relaxed,
It's quiet,

But
The calmness was stressed,
The movement was troubled,
The words were muffled.

But as we spoke it felt like an instant connection,
A torrent of emotions without any intervention,
I complimented you back then but did not mention,
I was nervous as shit and my blood pressure rose with tension.

I took moment. I saw you, you looked easy and lively.
While I continued to breathe heavily.
The time later went swiftly,
We taking a stroll past all the things briefly.

Honestly your friends only stared at me and laughed at my situation,
But I procrastinated my departure because I was at the perfect location,
As the day ended, I had only one conclusion,
With all the proper sense and all the emotion
I felt we bonded in some healthy relation.

A girl that I had to meet,
I took a wild leap but still landed on my feet
